>  Webpage with Ads does not load when DNS ad-blocker is preset

I have enabled DNS based adblocker(AD guard DNS) in my windows 10 system. With the new DNS, all the known ad servers will be unreachable and hence will not load. But when I use Polarity 9.3.6 browser, all webpages with ads do no load and shows error that ad server cannot be reached. Please refer the attached screen capture. As soon as I bypass the DNS server, the webpages load normally without ads. The issue is seen with all google webpages including Youtube and Google search.

Since I will be using other browsers, I need to keep the Ad blocking DNS in my system.
