Hi, I like how light Polarity is. I use a pretty low resource machine and Polarity runs pretty fast. One of the problems that I've been having with the browser is with the adblocker. Adblock total to be exact. When I enbable it, the browser restarts and then gives a privoxy error. Once the error happens, web pages won't load. I've tried reinstalling but it keeps happening. Disabling Adblock Total stops the error. b That said, I like the addon Ublock Origin. It is very lighweight. When I use any browser that supports an adblocker, I install ublock Origin because of it's very lightweight footprint. I think that considering the lightweight model of this browser and it being open source. ( Love open source) I think that ublock origin (in my opinion) is a perfect fit with Polarity. it is very light. But has as much functionality as a full sized adblocker. It would be really nice is Ublock Origin could be integrated into Polarity. I don't know if this browser can use google addons. I saw some special links to the webstore on the homepage, which don't really work.

Hello.
This is certainly strange. I have tested Privoxy on a few machines and it seems to work without error. I will try again and see if I could reproduce the issue (might be missing files). What version of Polarity are you using (Portable or non portable)?
Also I will attempt to reach the developers of Ublock Origin and see if something could be worked out.
As of now, Polarity does not support any Chrome apps or extensions. The webstore is designed specifically for Polarity.

I installed the newest version of Polarity. I don't know why it was giving me those errors. I just turned on my laptop and I haven't gotten one....so I'm confused. I really hope something can be worked out in regards to Ublock Origin.

Anyway, I hope Polarity works well for you. I have already resolved an issue that causes userscripts not to work properly due to some scripts conflicting with each other.

Thanks. As I said, I love how light the browser is. I thought I had adblock total enabled but I didn't. As soon as I enabled it I got that same error again. Fatal error:init_error_log(): can't open logfile: '.\privoxy.log'

I've tried to reproduce the error on my other machine with a clean installation of Polarity (Polarity was never installed on this machine) and enabled AdBlock Total. Unfortunately, I was unable to reproduce the issue. Have you tried to reinstall Polarity?

I have. Several times. I don't know what's causing it but I do know that it only happens when adblock total is enabled.

That is very strange. I'll investigate a bit further.
