open in new window and than you can't open next tabs. Next tabs are opened in another window. There's only one window with many tabs.
Hope you understand what I mean.
If I want to open a new window (I don't know how to do that in Polarity) I do that and open next tabs.

You can check out some of the keyboard shortcuts in the new quickstart guide: polarity.x10.mx/info.html.

You can easily open another window and then open the websites there. Ctrl + N and then paste the links. The new window is designed to be a single windows since it allows for faster loading.
