Google+ has introduced a new UI. When you click on a picture in the feed, you get a image which will fill in most of the viewport on a black background. And this does appear for a moment, then the viewport turns white. The page still has source code, but nothing (visible) is displayed. Pressing 'back' (navigation button), again briefly displays the expected image before the feed is displayed. Switching the Google+ UI back to 'Classic' restores the normal operation of zoom-in display.
Installed today, using v. 8.3.0 build 777 Host OS: Win 7 Home Premium SP1

Thanks for reporting the issue. This issue should be fixed once we update the engine once Polarity 9 comes along sometime in a few months.

Unfortunately, I suspect that Google will make the new UI the only option soon. But one can hope, I prefer using classic.

To me, the new UI for G+ is filled with unneeded eye candy. Sure it may look nice and utilizes Material Design, it doesn't help me get to other parts of the website any faster.
